It is an older place they are doing up and it looks good, but our room was good but didn’t shine, old shower glass screens , just manageable , toilet seat not on properly, toilet seal leaking,no refrigerator, no rubbish bin, no cups glasses, tea or coffee in room, not smart tv, smell from bathroom, bed was comfy, breakfast was good.

Leider enttäuschender Aufenthalt Bei unserer Ankunft ließ sich die Zimmertür nicht abschließen. Wir mussten auf einen Schlosser warten. Obwohl das Schloss repariert wurde, fühlte sich die Tür weiterhin nicht sicher an und wir mussten sie beim Öffnen hin- und herwackeln. Als Entschädigung wurde uns ein Obstteller versprochen, der jedoch nie gebracht wurde. Auch eine besondere Aufmerksamkeit beim Frühstück wurde angekündigt, aber nicht umgesetzt. Das Frühstück selbst war sehr lecker und nicht zu beanstanden. Leider roch unser Zimmer jedoch deutlich nach Abfluss/Kanalisation. Insgesamt waren wir aufgrund der Sicherheitsprobleme, des unangenehmen Geruchs und der nicht eingehaltenen Zusagen enttäuscht.

Die Lage und die Unterkunft sind Top für das Preisleistungsverhältnis. Man konnte dort super entspannen und der Service war super alle Mitarbeiter waren super freundlich und vorallem der Besitzer war sehr hilfsbereit und immer präsent, so dass man auch wenn man ein Anliegen hatte ihn gut erreichen und ansprechen konnte. Es handelt sich hier um ein Boutiqe Hotel. Wir waren mit unserem 4 Jährigen Sohn dort und er hatte sehr viel Spaß am Pool. Das Essen vor Ort was man dazu bestellen konnte war wirklich sehr lecker, vorallem deren Manti Spezial. Die Zimmer sind sauber allerdings sind die Zimmer etwas veraltet z.B. das Badezimmer. Wir hatten überall Kalkspuren und der Abfluss hat vorallem Morgens stark gerochen. Außer diesem Punkt haben wir nichts zu bemängeln. Wir würden aufjedenfall nochmal zu dieser Unterkunft, wenn wir Yeni Foça besuchen sollten. Vielen Dank für alles Stone House Foça.

Odaya girer girmez çarşaflar kirliydi, çarşafın üzerinde el kremi - sıvı sabun benzeri kremsi bir şey vardı, değişmesini talep ettik sorunsuz değiştirdiler. Kahvaltı kötü ve yetersizdi. Havuz suyu pisti. Şezlong minderleri geçen seneden kalmış kirli ve temizlenmemiş, şezlong yanındaki çöpler boşaltılmıyor. Sabah sıcak su çalışmıyor, tuvalette taret musluğu bozuk, odalarda buz dolabı veya minibar yok. Luxury oda da kaldık, odalarda ve küçücük balkonda demir sandalyeler var, fotoğraftakilerle uyuşmuyor. Sadece yatmak için bile kullanılacak bir otel değil. Biz 1 gece kaldık ve memnun olmadık. Otelin çalışanları ile ilgili hiç bir problem yok, çalışanlar çok güler yüzlü ve her şey için yardımcı olmaya çalışıyorlar ancak çalışanların çabası yetersiz kalıyor. Sezon dışı olduğu için böyle olduğunu düşünmek istiyoruz ancak 10 üzerinden 3 hakeden bir pansiyondan fazlası değil.
