Super staff!
I had to cut my stay short, but the hotel staff were very engaged in coordinating with hotels.com so I wouldn't be charged for the days I didn't use. This hotel's staff are super! Very friendly, very helpful.

Staff were super friendly. I had the chance talk a little bit with Dio, Jessica, and EL. They’re all awesome. If there’s only one thing I could complain it would be that my clothes were not fully dry after the laundry service but that’s ok. I wouldn’t take a star because of that. On my next trip I’m gonna be staying at the Veranda location. I did like it. The breakfast was awesome. You guys need to try the local stuff for breakfast, especially if you like spicy food.

Need better maintenance
Customer service was no doubt top-notch, from bell-boy to receptionist, check-in and check-out was smooth and fast. However, the room is a bit spooky, why is there a small painting placed right beneath a large painting (left side) above the bed frame? The cleanliness of the room should be improved. I noticed patches of sticky residue on table. Stained towels should be replaced.

Wifi connection was terrible. I was able to connect to PC but somehow not able to connect to my 2 Mobile phones. I did reported to reception twice but without any improvement, I had to check out.

Accessing the gymn and room
The check in process should include access to the gymn. I have to request acess to the gymn. Once I did that I could not go in to my room. I had to go down rekey the access code to my room. This need to be improved

it was clean and people were nice. Only comment, we were there for 6 nights and they never told us that breakfast was included!! So every morning we had to go and look for breakfast place.... We find out on the last day ... Only reason we find out was because we decide for our last day we eat breakfast at the hotel and when we ask for menu , they ask for our room number and they said oh breakfast is included!!!! Would be nice to know the past 5 days.....

Cozy and open
This is a simple but relaxing hotel. Ground floor is open and spacious. You can have coffee at the poolside in the morning. Not so gorgeous, but clean and cozy space. The room is also like that.

Great stay
It was really nice. A group of us stay there. Friendly staff. Although we waited a bit long to get our rooms ready but thankfully the rooms were clean and lovely. It is a boutique type of hotel. Breakfast choices were good. Overall it was a nice stay.

Excellent stay
Its located in South Jakarta where all local restaurants and activities are. Room are spacious. Service are good in general. Lobby is nicely presentable. Im a little disappointed about the pool since its small and on the lobby.

Excellent breakfast with big variety of choices. Fresh food and helpful staff. Very strategic location. Close to several shopping malls. However; it has one restaurant only and it closed with the pool for private function!

Hotel room was clean and adequately sized (for the price). Facilities were ok although the air conditioner in the gym was not working/switched off which made it a little warm. Room service food was pretty decent as well.

Very noisy if room is facing to main road
My room was at 2nd floor and facing to main road and high rise bus way. Noise from vehicles were continuous for 24 hours. Gym was very small though equipments were relatively new and comprehensive. Water in the swimming pool was clean. However, pool side and floor near tables were full of ash by cigarets. Smoking manner by guests at the hotel must be controlled well. Hotel staffs were very polite and nimble.

Ask for room not facing main road
It's a popular place for parties and is located on the main road so be sure to ask for the room not facing the main road if there is no party held in the pool to avoid the noisiness of Jakarta traffic which can affect chance of sleep

Good Hotel
Have 4 days business trip and stay at this hotel. About 35 mins from int airport. Walking distance to a big shopping mall which you can have your meal there as no restaurants or convenience stalls nearby the hotels

Great stay. All the staff that I encountered were friendly and nice. Hotel was clean. Shower water would get cold all of a sudden once in a while - not sure if it's a temporary issue or not.

Great hotel for couples or family stay
From start to finish the staff been welcoming and very friendly. The Wyl's kitchen restaurant in the hotel was really convenient on arrival, and there is a mall close by too. I would recommend this to anyone staying more than a week.
