"Kids friendly"

"The staff was great throughout with a couple exceptions….at the Palm Beach Restaurant one of burgers came out on a moldy roll. The waitress took it back but the other 2 had their food so we waited for the the waitress to tell us what our options were. She came out 20 min later with a burger that was well done not medium as ordered. The waitress offered to take the burger off the bill or get something else but at this point we had been there over an hour and had other plans that we needed to leave for. The manager never came out so I asked for her. She she came out, she apologized and said she would take the burger off the bill. I said, we are guests here who have spent a great deal of money and I can’t believe a moldy bun came out of the kitchen and then the next burger was overcooked and not eaten. I think we should not have to pay for lunch. She tried to bargain with me that she would take both burgers off the bill. I said are you really going to go back and forth with me over this? She told me she had to talk to her GM and disappeared. This is NOT the service or experience I expect from the Hyatt. The resort is great and I highly recommend but I would probably not eat at that particular restaurant again. "

"Resort is little dated but it’s still in great condition. Whole stuff is great, friendly, restaurants on premises are also great. On the premises you have 3 restaurants to choose from, Seabreaze $$$ right on the beach serving mainly seafood, DaVinci $$$ Italian restaurant, Agave $$ Mexican restaurant. Also there’s Coral restaurant serving breakfast buffet and I can highly recommend. 2 bars on the beach, I in the lobby having daily happy hours. Beach is beautiful, but be prepared they charge for the shade min $30/day. Pools are nice too. Overall great experience and definitely will consider it again."

"Perfect Location & Island Escape This beach resort truly offers the best of both worlds. It’s right in the middle of everything—just steps away from great local restaurants, charming shops, and lively spots to explore. Yet, the moment you step into the resort, it feels like a peaceful retreat. The highlight was definitely the private island experience. Just a short boat ride away, it felt like our own secluded paradise with pristine sand, clear waters, and total tranquility. The rooms were modern, comfortable, and spotless, with amazing views. Staff were attentive and genuinely friendly, always ready to help. Dining at the resort was excellent, but we also loved having the option to walk out and enjoy the local food scene nearby. If you want convenience, luxury, and a touch of exclusivity, this resort is an absolute gem. We can’t wait to come back!"

"Overall food quality was 9 out of 10. Themed restaurants food quality - 10. Service was excellent. Great location to “downtown” restaurants bars and shopping. Our only negative about the property was mold in / around ceilings, especially the bathrooms. We will be back. "
