"From the moment we arrived till the morning we left we were made very welcome by all the people involved in running the OYO . They went above and beyond to help us out from Georgia booking taxis for us to my friend behind the bar going to his house to get me cigarettes when I had run out big thanks (hope you enjoy Edinburgh 👍👍👍) cleanliness spot on ,food amazing,and very reasonable for top quality,. would recommend to anyone looking forward to seeing you all again thanks "

"Unfortunately, my experience staying at this property was below par. Two main issues, when I arrived the apartment (1) smelt terribly of damp, probably mainly to do with the fact that no windows were able to open. I also found the apartment to feel quite unsafe, with the main building door only supported by a very wobbly Yale and an emergency exit fire door from one of the bedrooms straight outside which is also felt very unsafe during the night. "Car parking is across the road and discounted for anyone staying at the hotel which is a bonus. Great selection of food at breakfast buffet. Based in City Centre, close to many shops "

"When we arrived we saw immediately that the sofabed in the lounge was broken and could not be used to sit or sleep on, this was disappointing as it meant there were not enough beds for us all. We contacted the owner and the next day a chap arrived with an airbed. We requested that the sofa be replaced but that did not happen. "The whole process of being able to stay there was awful. I had emails asking me to verify my identity but no correct link sent. I was threatened with a cancellation without refund desite the fact they had not given me the opportunity to do what they asked. Having finally been sent a link I verified and arrived to be told this was very common. At the property Fire Doors were constantly janmed open."
