A lovely 2 week stay
The villa is lovely and has everything you want from the kitchen, lounge and pool area. The air conditioning in the bedrooms was very welcome as it was hot during our visit. Car hire is essential as the main bars and restaurants are a 10 minute drive away. We would not hesitate to return to this villa, thank you for a lovely holiday

Wonderful villa
This is a real home from home villa. Clean and spacious with all you need for your stay. In a quiet residential area but with a few restaurants within easy reach. Short drive to the beach and supermarkets. Lovely private pool area with a BBQ which we made good use of during our stay. Both Mark and Cheryl were very helpful with the booking and also whilst in Javea. Highly recommended and will look to return.

Charming Spanish Villa
The Villa is very spacious so although there was just the two of us it is certainly big enough for families and it also felt very safe - located in a residential area yet only 10 mins drive to the main beach and many restaurants. The Villa was well equipped with all the required kitchen appliances with a vast assortment of crockery and cooking utensils should you wish to cook. We were lucky enough to have beautiful weather so it was lovely to be able to make use of the outside area on the terrace and beside the pool which was exactly as the pictures show on the website and also very private. Overall we felt very relaxed and comfortable in the Villa as it has a very homely feel and our contact with Mark and Cheryl were excellent.

Another lovely visit!
We returned to this villa after staying here a few years ago prior to covid. The villa was just perfect again! Great pool and villa. Lovely area for the children with a beach nearby. Couldn't have asked for more. Thankyou.

Great villa, great location, great service
This is a lovely villa in a great location, and less than a 10 minute drive to the Arenal beachfront. The villa matched the listing specification exactly and was spacious and clean, inside and out. The owner was very responsive to any communications from the moment we booked, and provided a first class service.

Relaxing Holiday
This villa is situated in a quiet residential area, and it has everything that you need, as we found out due to the horrendous weather we had on our first four days, we used the villa during these days as a base and went around the local area to see the scenery and locals way of life. It would have been nice to see someone on arrival as there is no meet and greet book which would have helped us a lot, like telling us the areas to go to, whats on as we have never been to this part of Spain before, this is only an observation on my part. When weather picked up the family were able to enjoy sunbathing and the use of the pool. We had to call out maintenance due to the weather blowing out the pilot light on the boiler, she was there ASAP and sorted out the issue there and then which allowed us to then pick her brain about whats on in the area, supermarkets, places to visit etc. All in all a fantastic 10 days at a very good villa, well recommended.

Lovely villa in a quiet area. Would recomend to families couples. Superb location too.
The property was spacious and it replicates the photos taken on the website. The pool's perfect. We have a 4 and 7 year old and they loved it. It has all mod cons and the kitchen was just what you need. The villa is only a short drive to a great sandy beach or peble cove. We had a superb stay and would highly recommend this villa. Thank you for everything.

A lovely villa in a superb location.
We had three weeks in Mark's villa and really enjoyed ourselves. The villa is spacious, modern and a thoroughly desirable place to holiday. It has everything you need and all appliances, devices etc work well. The pool area is very private and a very desirable place to relax and sunbathe. We particularly liked the location - in a very quiet street, with hardly any traffic and very few parked cars. It's a decidedly upmarket area. Liked it a lot Mark. Thanks. Minus points? Pool heating would be great - though we appreciate it's pretty rare in Spain.

Many thanks for your kind words. It is always satisfying when our guests enjoy the property and location as much as we do. Regarding the pool heater, as much as we would like to have it, the running costs are prohibitive which is why, as you say, it is pretty rare to see in Spain.

Fabulous holiday villa
Lovely villa. Roomy modern and well decorated. Great pool and exterior gardens, and really enjoyed the table tennis table. BBQ very large new and useful. Quiet location, residential, car essential but driving straightforward. Highly recommend. Would stay again.

A very spacious villa, beautifully decorated and equipped with everything we could need for our stay
The description of the villa is acurate. The photos are acurate. The villa, garden and pool were beautifully maintained and clean. Its location is in a very quiet suburb not far from the facilities of Javia and the beach. Plenty of things to do and explore if you want to. The owner was easily contacted with any queries that we had. We had a lovely holiday and would recommend to friends and ourselves return again.

Villa Costa Nova was a clean, bright villa in a lovely location.
The villa was very clean, spacious and bright. It was generally well equipped and everything was in good order. The villa was in a quiet area but all local amenities were easily accessible by car. The pool was superb being beautifully clean and very large.

The best villa we have stayed in, just perfect for outside living and feels like home. Lots of communication with the owner prior to making any payment so reassured of authenticity of property and owner. Only problem is we didn't stay all summer. Highly recommended.

Casa impecable, es de las mejores que he estado.
La casa está muy limpia. Está situada a 5 min en coche de la playa de la Granadella y a 12 min de la playa de Arena en Jávea. Tienes 3 habitaciones, una con baño completo dentro de la habitación. Las otras 2 habitaciones comparten baño. Tienen Aire acondicionado las 3 habitaciones. Por poner un pero el Salón NO TIENE AIRE ACONDICIONADO. Aunque si encendidas las habitaciones pasaba al salón. Muy buena terraza y la piscina también muy limpia. Tiene una especie de tejadillo cubierto dentro de la parcela para guardar el coche y que no le de el sol. Las camas son muy cómodas, como en casa. Tiene WiFi pero no llega bien a la zona de la piscina. El equipamiento y mobiliario está muy nuevo. La vajilla tenía pocos platos y de diferentes vajillas. La cocina grande cómoda y muy limpia. La verdad es que hemos pasado una semana genial. La casa merece la pena y seguro que repetimos.

Magníficas vacaciones
Hemos estado alojados durante una semana en esta villa y nos ha encantado. La situación es buena en una zona muy tranquila entre la playa del Arenal y la de Granadella. Muy bien decorada, espaciosa y con todo lujo de detalles. La piscina estupenda. Agradecimiento a Mark por su amabilidad.

La villa est conforme à la description. Tout le confort nécessaire pour passer un très bon séjour. Endroit calme, maison bien située pour le soleil et pour profiter de la piscine durant toute la journée et à l'abri des regards. Très bonne literie, climatisation fonctionnelle, villa impeccable à notre arrivée. Cuisine très bien équipée (peut-être prévoir un peu plus de verres pour les softs). Le propriétaire est très disponible et répond à toutes les questions posées très rapidement. Bref, que dire de plus sinon parfait. Je recommande cette villa sans hésitation. Magnifique villa à découvrir
C'est une villa lumineuse et très spacieuse avec une superbe piscine à l'abri des regards grâce au jardin très bien arboré et aux haies de fleurs. Il y a plusieurs terrasses ce qui fait que c'est aussi spacieux à l'extérieur qu'à l'intérieur. Il y a aussi un barbecue au gaz que je n'ai pas utilisé mais je suis persuadée qu'il fonctionne très bien. Le quartier est très calme et propre. La voiture est à l'abri et à l'ombre à l'intérieur de la propriété. Celle-ci est absolument indispensable pour se rendre aux courses et à la plage. Il faut compter 10 minutes de trajet. La villa étant dans les hauteurs, je vous déconseille d'y aller à pieds car le dénivelé est important. A 2 minutes de la maison il y a les poubelles à tri sélectif c'est donc très facile d'y déposer vos sacs de déchets sans faire de détour puisque c'est sur la route principale. Il y a aussi le restaurant Indien l'Everest qui sert une cuisine excellente, à petits prix, avis aux amateurs Il y a 3 chambres spacieuses et joliment décorées avec suffisamment de place de rangement et de cintres dans les armoires. La chambre parentale a sa propre salle de bain avec douche et wc. La deuxième est avec baignoire et wc. C'est génial quand on est déjà 4. Nous avons tous apprécié la qualité de la literie. Le salon est très confortable. La décoration est moderne et apurée dans des tons naturels et reposants. La cuisine est spacieuse avec un beau plan de travail et un coin petit déjeuner. L'électroménager est correct. Le centre avec la plage et la promenade de l'Arenal sont très sympas. La promenade est bordée d'excellents restaurants, bar, boutiques....il n'y a pas de grands hôtels et appartements qui défigurent le paysage . À la plage, il y a des parasols payants mais pas d'interdiction de s'installer directement sur le sable au bord de l'eau comme dans certains sites balnéaires. Il y a des terrains de volley et des jeux pour enfants. Bref c'est un chouette endroit balnéaire. Ça vaut la peine de louer cette villa luxueuse à Javea pour y passer de très bonnes vacances dans la région. Nous, nous en avons profité pour visiter les autres villes comme Denia, Altea, Calp, Valence et le parc Aqualandia à Benidorm, grandes sensations assurées. Ne pas manquer de visiter les Fonts d'Algarve (privilégier chaussures étanches aux tongs). C'est une villa au calme où il fait bon vivre, dans une belle région où il y a beaucoup d'endroits à découvrir !
