An exceptional geographic and climatic exposure all year round. On the first line of the sea. The villa consists of 2 apartments for a total of 12 people. Modern equipment, regular maintenance and refreshments, careful decoration. Sheets, towels and swimming pool available. Swimming pool with deckchairs, shaded zines and outdoor kitchen. Many terraces, few vis-à-vis. Ideal for holidays with family or friends.

Traumhafte Aussicht und Lage

Die Villa Marina ist ein Juwel was ihre Lage betrifft. Die Abende auf dem überdachten grossen Balkon von Appartement 2 mit einem leckeren Drink und einer leckeren Paella waren schon etwas sehr besonderes. Sehr nützlich ist auch der Lastenaufzug mit dem das Gepäck und die Lebensmittel vom Carport einfach auf die einzelnen Etagen gebracht werden konnten. Leider hat die Villa entgegen der Beschreibung bei Buchung keine Klimaanlage sondern lediglich Ventilatoren was bei dem schwül heissen Klima bei unserem Besuch kaum Abkühlung brachte. Guylaine, ist eine großzügige und besonders freundliche Vermieterin.

Superbe maison

Deux semaines passées à 3 familles (11 personnes) dans de très bonnes conditions. Très bonne situation dans un quartier calme, avec une vue à couper le souffle. La maison est bien équipée, la literie confortable, et les propriétaires attentifs à notre bien-être. Seul petit bémol, une climatisation aurait été bienvenue (au moins dans les chambres), l'air marin nous a parfois fait défaut. Nous recommandons cette villa!

Traumblick von Traumterrasse

Wir sind gerade zurück von einem wundervollen Urlaub in diesem Traumhaus. Der Ausblick ist sensationell, und wir haben jede nur erdenkliche Minute draußen verbracht und auf das Meer geschaut. Der Lebensmittelpunkt war für uns die überdachte Terrasse, wo wir mit 11 Personen und Zusatztisch gegessen und Karten gespielt haben. Direkt daneben ist eine Outdoor-Couch, ebenso zwei Sessel mit Blick über die Bucht. Sehr angenehm war der am Haus installierte Außen-Aufzug, um Einkäufe von der oben liegenden Straße ins Haus zu bringen. Um das ganze Haus herum sind lauschige Sitzplätze verteilt, so dass man sich auch in einer größeren Gruppe mal zurückziehen kann. Das Städtchen Javea hat eine schöne Strandpromenade, die im Juli nicht total überlaufen war; insgesamt wird es im August wohl aufgrund der spanischen Ferien wesentlich voller. Valencia ist 1,5 Autostunden entfernt, eine richtig tolle Stadt! Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen!
