"Beautiful property, the room was in good shape. I was definitely put off by paying for parking. That should be included in the cost of the room. Also it’s never easy finding your room, I met the nicest man that worked there that helped me and my toddler find our room. I was hoping I didn’t make him late to check in for work. He was so kind! "Kevin the host was great. Lots of communication about the house and aminities. House was perfect for out of town family coming in to Almaden for Thanksgiving. Tons of room for kids to roam and crawl around. There are a LOT of stairs which can be a challenge for elderly guests. "

"Easy access to house and host very available for questions. Lovely home with very comfortable beds. Loved being able to open the back door and allowing our fur friend out into the fenced yard. Only thing we needed was ground coffee for the coffee maker. "

"10-Star Stay for Us and Our Pup!We spent a full month at the Bunkhouse and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Our pup was in heaven with nearly an acre of fully-fenced yard to explore and play in safely. It was the perfect setup for a long-term stay with a dog. The house itself was spacious, comfortable, and immaculately clean. The kitchen and other areas were nicely equipped with everything we needed for an extended stay. We particularly enjoyed the nighttime skyline views from the living room. The swimming pool was nicely positioned to offer a mix of amazing views and privacy, and we used it just about every single day. Getting to know Fred, our host, was the icing on the cake. He was friendly, responsive, and always available to help with anything we needed. Thank you for your hospitality!Overall, 10-star experience! We will not hesitate to stay here again when in the area, and highly recommend to anyone looking for a pet-friendly stay at a remarkable property. "
