O hotel é lindo. Os funcionários são educados e simpáticos. O lugar é limpo e muito bem cuidado por fora, mas os quartos precisam de reforma e o chuveiro não esquenta.

We started our 2 week honeymoon in Brazil here with 3 nights and it ended up being our best time on the whole trip. The location and the design of this hotel is so incredible and at great value. The pool, the gardens, the beach area, lounge chairs, and restaurant are all so beautiful. The rooms were very average, small and plain, but that does not matter at all. Anyone that has complaints about the room need to remember that they are in a very small remote town, and things like this do not matter. What matters is everything outside - which is where you should be. Breakfast was incredibly delicious as well, and the staff so nice and helpful.

worst hotel to stay
stay away! we spent one night listening to screaming of a man in the next door without anyone from security coming. Rooms old, showers old, no lights anywhere over the kitchen, doors of the room broken. at a price which is at least 4 times what can be paid for such a place. In the recession no one speaks a good english, no one even cares of the problems the place has. Terrible.

Beautiful landscape, steps from the beach. Helpful, attentive staff. Since it is so close to the beach there is some mold on areas of the room, which is to be expected. The pool is due for a make up and the jetted tub is not hot. Overall a great place to stay we enjoyed it thoroughly

I had read about the sunset dune, in view from the beachfront restaurant...service was excellent, we requested a separate bed and it was set up in minutes.

Excellent - location, comfort, and clean
Outstanding location!!! Right on the beach and close to all the center of town action. The room was very, very comfortable as well with a nice bed, good TV, balcony for courtyard views, and a good bathroom. The wifi didn't work, but the staff took note and made sure we had a pleasant stay anyway. I would definitely be back here in the future!

Best hotel in Jeri
I went with mu family of 5. The hotel is beatiful big pool and private entrance to the Beach. All the staff is working all day Long making your stay as pleasent the can. Rooms are very confortable and crean. You cant regret choosing it.

Um dos melhores hotéis de Jeri
Experiência incrível, TODOS os funcionários, sem exceção, são extremamente educados, simpáticos e gentis. Os quartos são muito bem limpos e confortáveis. A única observação seria que na descrição a cama é do tamanho Queen, entretanto na acomodação é tamanho normal. Tratam cada hóspede como se fosse único, inclusive com atenção à aniversários, dadas de check-out e etc... Só tenho a agradecer pela recepção e hospitalidade.

Hotel com excelente localização , pé na areia , próximo a ótimos restaurantes . A comida saborosa , embora com café da manhã pouco variado . A única ressalva que faço é que o hotel não é tão bem com conservado quanto aparenta , embora tenha gostado muito da estada .

Café da manhã muito fraco e sem sabor
Boa estadia. O hotel é confortável e o quarto espaçoso. Não gostei do café da manhã. Poucas opções e nada gostoso. Apesar de ser bem equipado faltou uma mesa e cadeira no quarto para fazer uma refeição ou tomar um vinho na varanda.

+ Todos os funcionários são muito simpáticos e solícitos. As refeições e drinks do cardápio são saborosas, fartas e preços condizentes com o local. - Sabonete oferecido é pequeno, não cheiroso e não desliza bem no corpo. É esperado que todo hotel 4 estrelas ofereça não só sabonete, mas produtos de higiene de boa qualidade aos hóspedes. - A troca de toalhas é limitada e isso não condiz com um hotel 4 estrelas, pé na areia e na beira do mar.

Hotel muito bom mas precisa de algumas melhorias - área do café e da praia com estrutura bem antiga - quarto com vaso sanitário que não funcionou direito e duchinha estava vazando. Troca de quarto foi dificil - toda hora falava que não dava e so foi possíve no ultimo dia O atendimento é muito bom com pessoas legais e assim o hotel de 0 a 10 é nota 8

En general la estadía estuvo bien, el personal de la recepción no es muy atento y es de los pocos hoteles que el Transfer del estacionamiento no llega al hotel y esto hace difícil llegar a el hotel con maletas.

A localização é excelente pois está dentro do centrinho. Peguei o quatro grande para 4 pessoas, é amplo e confortável, mas precisei solicitar cama extra pois para 2 adolescentes o sofá cama é pequeno. Café da manhã muito gostoso. Apenas os móveis estavam com a pintura ruim e mesas sujas. Acho que precisam ter mais cuidado com a manutenção do restaurante.

Hotel em péssimas condições, sem conservação, quarto péssimo, colchão completamente “afundado”, banheiro com tampa de vaso mofada e manchada, toalhas ultra velhas, cheiro insuportável de inseticida. Mesmo após minha reclamação sobre o cheiro nada foi feito, alegaram ser “normal” , porém sou alérgica, fui obrigada a mudar de hotel para ter o mínimo de conforto e segurança da minha saúde o que implicou numa despesa extra de 3 x mais do que o valor pago. Ficamos 5 dias. Quarto tudo funcionando, alguns detalhes de conservação por uso nos moveis que poderiam estar melhor reparados. Acomodações boas tudo funcionando. Otima limpeza e equipe muito prestativas. Valores do frigobar muito justos. Otimo café da manhã e local dos quartos no térrio é muito especial por sairem todos para o jardim em torno da piscina.
