Monica is a warm and friendly hostess. She welcomed us for our winter stay with a fire in the fireplace, candles lit, and some herbal tea on the table. She is an artist and collects art, so she has decorated the house in a rustic but elegant style. House was clean and well equipped. Setting is beautiful in a very rural area on the edge of the park with some huge cork oaks in the yard. It was a great base for a week of hiking in December. Summer would be even nicer to enjoy the pool but be away from the tourists. We were one of the first guests in this new listing. The listing had some errors when we made our reservation, but she told us about them ahead of time. The house is a two bedroom with a king in one BR and a king(from two twins pushed together) in the other. There is no sea view from the house... You are well inland but very private and very little traffic on a dirt road. We saw a washer and dishwasher out on the patio but didn't ask about using either. And definitely take her up on her offer to meet you in the village so you can follow her to the house. In wet weather, your GPS will probably take you to an impassable road, but there's another way in.
