Top Jiutepec Hotel Reviews

Hotel de Cuautla

10/10 Excellent

"Just a desk lamp didn't work"

Hotel Amomoxtli

10/10 Excellent

"The hotel is stunning and service is amazing and very attentive - one small detail ; we booked room on second level specifically for the view but unfortunately there was a strong smell of sewage so we were moved to lower room - while they tried to fix it and move us back to the original room, it still smelled of strong chemicals - unfortunately we didn’t get any type of compensation for the inconvenience."

Casa Francisco Cuernavaca

8/10 Good

"Todo muy bien, excepto el desayuno del segundo día. Mi esposa pidió un chocolatín y al partirlo lo encontró lleno de una sustancia verde que nadie sabía que era. Nos paramos del restaurante y nos fuimos a otro lugar a desayunar. Fue un detalle muy molesto (y asqueroso), lo sentimos mucho porque en verdad, el resto fue excelente, la habitación, la ubicación, la amabilidad ele staff, la facilidad para estacionarse, la seguridad, etc.,"

Holiday Inn Cuernavaca by IHG

8/10 Good

"Beautiful hotel with spacious gardens, restaurant, bar, two swimming pools and a gym. Also, (although we did not use it) ample parking space on the back. There are paintings and statues scattered around the hotel, so it is nice to walk around. My wife and I stayed at suite 627 for a week, the room was divided by the bathroom sink, with the first half having a desk with two seats and a jacuzzi. The second half had the bed, closet, small table with mini sofas, closet and the big (60 or 65 inch) TV. The main problem was that I could not work at the desk, as the AC was only active on the bed’s side. The other issue is that the windows could not be opened, so the only air circulation came from the two doors. I think someone decided to paint in the corridor, so there was no way of getting the smell out. There was an annoying sound from a machine (probably a cistern pump) that was annoying and very loud. Not all the time, but on and off day and night. The bed was comfortable and there were good pillows. The cleaning staff were very friendly and efficient. Pamela was asked to return after I finished working and she accommodated her schedule accordingly. I worked during the whole stay and did not have any issues with the wi-fi connection. The hotel’s front desk staff were friendly & helpful (especially Aaron), The back pool was very pleasant and had a great jacuzzi. The small gym had efficient workout machines, but the TV did not work. Small details would still return."
