"There is a lot to like about this hotel. It is right there on the convention centre. It is a very fancy hotel, very grand. There are lots of super helpful staff to welcome you and look after you. I found my room to be spacious and very quiet. The bed was comfortable, it was nice to have a real full size bath in the bath room. I used the in room dining which came when it was supposed to and the food was great and the service friendly. There is only one thing I do not like about this hotel and that is the glass lifts which run up the open atrium. I have vertigo. I had to use the goods lift which is not so convenient! If you have no problem with panoramic elevators and the like then you will love this hotel."

"I highly recommend this Hotel. The management and staff were outstanding in every way. The facility was very fresh, clean and the service was excellent. The restaurant was excellent. I had one of the best breakfasts there in a long time. The omelette was absolutely amazing. "The hotel was wonderful, the food was first rate and delicious. The staff were kind and helpful always. It's close to shopping and many restaurants are in walking distance. It's a beautiful place, I really enjoyed staying there."
