"The hotel is really nice and close to the airport, even thou nothing to eat nearby or even anything to see. The shuttle is timely, the staff at the front desk is polite (the really short lady was extra nice) she so tiny.. Loved her but clearly forgot her name, but we did tell the manager about her great service. Also with how close it is to the airport.. we really couldn't hear the airplane that much. "
"The room safe clean the staff was very friendly. I will go ahead and warn you that putting the do not disturb sign on the door does not mean anything. The staff will still come in there and make your bed up and put fresh towels every day so just be worried of that But we had a wonderful day and could not recommend this hotel now also there was no parking on site they have eight spots. It’s first come first serve in kind of a sketchy area. you’ll have to park at the mall across the street. In the parking garage. We were there for four days. It seemed generally pretty safe and we had no incidence to report and zero complaints. Wonderful hotel. Great location otherwise "
"We love staying at Five Towns Inn when we have an overnight layover, which is several times a year. They have a free shuttle, the beds are comfortable, the rooms are clean and there is a nearby Target and pharmacy if we have forgotten something we need for the trip. Plus the staff are very helpful. "
"Perfectly acceptable, multi-story hotel very close to JFK airport--my main reason for selecting this property. Hotel advertises a private shuttle to and from airport. Arriving passengers should be aware that the sole airport stop for this otherwise very convenient, free shuttle at JFK is at the Federal Circle Car rental facility. Getting to Federal Circle requires arriving passengers to take the Air Train a short hop from the arrivals terminals to the Car Rental Facility. Return trips (Hotel-->JFK) depart right outside the hotel's front doors and then also deposit travellers at Federal Circle, requiring 10-15 minutes of additional travel via Air Train again to one's departure terminal. Depending on time of day and traffic, this can be a time-consuming process. Be Aware. "
