Was initially put in the room that shared a wall with the gym. 202. No one should be given that room. My daughter and I were there in ny to attend an early morning doctor appt at NYU. We were woken up at 10:30 by banging coming from the gym. I called and they moved us to a quieter location but we lost some sleep since we had to repack and move and get resettled for our early morning. That room should not be given out to guests ever.

The staff is AMAZING and makes this hotel where we stay every trip to NYC. The breakfast is also a big selling point, along with easy location for shows. The rooms are terribly small, not in super fantastic condition; but we don’t spend much time in the room anyway.

Team at front desk was extremely friendly and helpful. Great people. The room was small but functional and very clean. Bathroom was again smallish but shower was huge and clean. Ac worked really good. Great location 5 mins to Times Square and most theatre venues. 15 mins to Central Park and 5 mins to 5th Ave shopping. Quiet clean location.
