"Overall, the stay was disappointing. The hotel had an unpleasant smell throughout, not just in the room, which made it uncomfortable. The room itself didn’t feel very clean, and the bathroom door wouldn’t close properly, which was frustrating. The breakfast options were very limited and not very good. I expected a better experience."

"It was dated and room smelled musty but it was clean. Parking was fine. Air conditioning was good. I don’t like the bathroom layout as the lavatory had no counter space for your toiletries and the shower was open to the whole bathroom with no way to keep floors from getting wet and slippery. "

"Beautiful hotel with clean, spacious rooms and comfortable bedding. We ate breakfast at Wellington's and it was delicious! Enjoyed our stay!"

"The property was very poorly maintained. The exterior was very run down. Stairwells were dirty. Paint was chipping and shabby looking on railing. The room was also poorly maintained. There were stains on the walls, doors and lamp shades. In general it was a very lousy experience."

"The only issue we had was a shower head that was crusted with hard limestone water. Management replaced the shower head and fixed it, took about an hour. Management apologized for the inconvenience. The ice machine area was very wet but manageable. Maybe ice was spilled, I’m not sure. Otherwise a very clean and nice room. Outside windows need cleaning though. "

"Decently clean, but could definitely be better. But these companies(especially when owned by specific people) want to understaff to keep their profit margins high. On night 2 of my stay, no wash cloths were available. An inconvenience, but not surprising. The toilets(in rooms & lobby areas) take 3 to 5 business days to flush. I’m guessing some low flush feature to save money. That’s gross & ridiculous. The staff was great at the front desk!"

"the rooms are clean but the motel is run down but it's a cheap place for people that don't have a lot of money but staff are friendly and helpful but that's what a lot of places need cheaper prices for poor people "

"We stayed here, after the NASCAR Truck race, at Bristol. It is a dog-friendly hotel, which I appreciate. I saw a few canine friends during check-in. My wife found a pair of socks, under the bed, when we first walked in (a quick look around by the staff would help). The room and bathroom were spacious, to me, but feel the price point was too high. I stayed here because of previous reviews."
