"Great location in West Bay. Easy to get around to restaurants and shops. Great snorkeling right there in the bay. Easy to take water taxis to West End. Very affordable resort. The breakfast is one of the best. I highly recommend it."

"We love staying at Arca, the only complaint I have is how the receptionist Sasha made me feel, I felt I was just a credit card for her. The bed can be better. The food and drinks here are great the bar and restaurant is amazing. The day before check out we were approached with the check out invoice during sunset, worst experience ever and it ruin my sunset time, guest don't want to review a check out invoice while enjoying sunset in your bathing suit. I didn't mentioned it to the manager and he understood, hopefully this change as its not nice, I told the manager that is best to leave it at the room the night before check out, this is usually done at high-end boutique resorts. "

The breakfast was delicious with great variety and fresh options every morning The location is perfect: many restaurants and shops are super close, and the beach is just a short walk away. "My experience was terrible and great at the same time. The front desk was great, but the bar area and the way I was treated were terrible. As a Honduran national and an American living in the USA, I expected better. Despite speaking perfect English, I was ignored and waited while they catered to foreigners. This type of behavior and actions must stop. It gives us no pleasure to inform you that your staff disrespects and discriminates against locals, Hondurans, or anyone who doesn't resemble white people."

"Property was very clean , well kept . Room was cleaned daily and a/c worked well . Really noce pool except had many small blue tiles missing from the bottom . Food was good at the restaurants but the buffed was a little small and always a long line at the egg/omelet station . Also there was only bacon on Friday ,, I love bacon , lol . Beach was awesome , clean , perfect water . Never found any servers to bring drinks on the beach but the bar was close by . Security was great and had police presence on the beach every day , never felt unsafe . Will definitly return !!! "
