"Although the room was very clean I must say that it was the smallest room I have ever stayed in! The hotel is centrally located and near everything. I noticed a lot of transient activity in front that made my family a bit uncomfortable! For the money there are much better hotels in the area!! 7/10"

"Took my 17yr old daughter for out last adolescent spring break trip. She loved the hotel. It’s NYC so we didn’t expect a huge room. Yet ours was perfect and intimate. The staff was super friendly and welcoming. Very accommodating and professional. I would just say the communication on the location of all amenities wasn’t very clear. It was like a scavenger hunt. One restaurant turned into two hosting dinner and brunch. "

"Didn’t realize there was construction that was sometimes loud… the ac was just as loud and elevator situation was abismal but the room was nice just loud AC when you’re trying to sleep"

"In the morning I couldn't receive a receipt that I needed because nobody was there in the front desk. And still haven't been shared after 5 hours passed from the check out time ended. The room was not like the one originally promised to have. Dissappointing."
