"Room didn’t had hot water and sink was clogged"

"Esaul was very responsive and helpful! Space was very clean and had everything you need to cook and store small simple meals and some fruits/snacks. Some noise here n there from the neighbors’ children, but never at times that interrupted our sleep."

"No one to greet us on arrival, not that big of a deal but was a red herring of what was to come. Staff made an error in placing a hold on our card on arrival and so we kept having daily unexplained charges on our cc including bar and restaurant charges that were not ours. Additionally they put an extra 500$ hold on our card again even after speaking with management. Needless to say it wasn’t a relaxing stay wondering if we were going to end up paying a huge bill that wasn’t ours. Staff was rude while dealing with this situation. Also, for the price the beds and pillows were not comfortable. Power went out one night and then internet as well which is a bummer when we were watching a movie. Staff in general seemed uninterested in helping guests. They must pay terribly which is sad for what they are charging guests. "

"The sheets on the bed had NOT been cleaned. That is serious. It took 20 minutes to run the shower water before it became hot. Never used any of the kitchen utensils as they looked terrible. The floor was clean and the AC was working."
