The room was quiet, spacious and exceptionally clean. The TV was large and there was ample storage for suitcases and belongings. The beds were medium firm, so a bit on the softer side if you prefer firm. We loved the balcony and dog friendly space. The shower was fantastic with a rainfall showerhead and an adjustable one, and I really liked the local Rocky Mountain soap and shampoo available. You could also adjust the temperature which is appreciated. We enjoyed the hot tub area and outdoor fireplaces, as well as the personalized coffee/tea/creamer/sugar options upon check in. The staff were friendly and helpful too. Unfortunately, the pet fee is $30/night. Although this seems to be standard, it is excessive, considering we did not have our room cleaned each day. On top of that, the wheelchair accessible rooms are an additional $40/night. So although I am an ambulatory wheelchair user, I do prefer an accessible room. However, the combined pet fee plus accessible fee ended up being too expensive for us. Although we appreciated the accessible parking stall, I am not sure if there is more than one. Finally, the single elevator from the parking garage is cumbersome as there can be a long wait. Overall, our stay was lovely, and the Otter is a beautiful hotel.

The room was nice but quite small. It did not have a mini fridge which was inconvenient.
