This condo is in an ideal location, steps to the Kailua pier, the beach and all of the shops, restaurants and night clubs in downtown Kailua Kona. A very roomy, open beam loft style top floor condo which has been recently remodeled. Cool off after a day at the beach with air conditioning on both levels. The mermaid loft is a quiet location in the center of town. The condo includes all the essentials, full kitchen, washer and dryer, free parking space, and pool/hot tub/BBQ area. Look at the ocean from your private balcony, then suit up, walk down, and jump in!

Great vacation spot

We loved Mermaidā€™s Loft! Great location, kitchen had everything we needed, and the loft was perfect for our son. Communication with the owner was wonderful, and she was a very good host. Will book here again when we return.

Enjoyed our stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at the mermaid loft. Close to Aliā€™i drive and other sites along the coast. Sandra was very responsive and gave good advice on activities, including seeing the local Humpbacks in the harbor. If you plan on a trip to the beach make sure to take advantage of the beach chairs and beach towels. The loft also has an umbrella, coolers and one set of snorkeling gear.
