"Staff was super nice and accommodating however the hotel also serves as half way house for the homeless that being said i never felt unsafe during my stay but it would nice to get a little heads up about this as it was a little surprising day of"

"Worst hotel ever. I only recommend you stay here if your desperate. They only changed sheets o our bed pubes in our tub, poop in our toilet shower was moldy and dirty honestly this is the type of place you stay if desperate but it’s legitimately worst hotel in the world. Staff didn’t even care to see the picture they already knew conditions of room!!"

"Horrible room bathroom door didn’t lock no dead bolt on front door staff were really rude and unprofessional they tried opening my door a few times. "

"Parking was super easy & simple. Air conditioning was good after having it on for a while it had a bit of a burning smell, it’s SoCal so it was super hot we needed to keep it on for a while. There was no comforter just sheets and one blanket. We asked for another and the front desk said they didn’t have any, but that they would wash some and deliver us one. That never happened. The housekeeper was super nice and friendly, when we saw her the next day and asked her if we could have another blanket she went and got us one. Super thankful for her. Microwave did not heat up really well, and the mini fridge was super wobbly. Some of the towels provided also had stains. "
