Belva Blue Verga Cozy Fully equipped Apt, Sea View

Belva Blue Verga is a traditional home in the heart of Verga's old village, with exquisite panoramic view of Kalamata. It is located only 7 km (15 minute drive) from the center of Kalamata. The area offers a wonderful family getaway, summer or winter, with variety of things to do for its visitors, such as beautiful beaches, traditional villages, delicious food, important archaeological sites, numerous hiking paths, and sports.
Kalamata also boasts an International airport, allowing traveler's to reach their destination easily not only by land transportation but by plane also.

The Space
Our quaint traditional home can accommodate up to 6 guests. Spread out on 2 levels, the upper level facilitates a double sofa and a single sofa bed in the open plan living area, a dining table, and a fully equipped kitchen.
The lower area is an open plan space with a double bed and 2 single beds, plus a spacious bathroom. An outdoor WC and separate outdoor shower are also available.
Enjoy the wonderful veranda with its beautiful views any time of day. Children should be supervised at all times outside.

Please notice that you will need to leave you car at the areas parking space an walk 150m to Belva Blue Verga. We will meet you at the allocated parking and accompany you to out home.
Pets - not allowed

Environmental Fees are mandatory based on the Greek government legislation and are not included in the the accommodation stay price. These fees are charged per night as follows:
4 € per night for the months of November 1st until March 31st
15 € per night for the months of April 1st until October 31st and will be collected during the duration of your stay.
