"DO NOT STAY HERE If I could give them zero stars, I would do so without hesitation. I reached out via email beforehand to inquire about an early check-in. I have stayed at hotels in Italy, Greece, and various other European destinations. They responded promptly. However, I never received any reply. "Our room was clean, but the door lock didn't work in room 419, only the latch at the top. We didn't have breakfast but the snacks at the front had plenty of options. The bar service was great, and all of the staff were friendly and accommodating. Excellent service!! I would come back for another stay!"
