"Staff is very unhelpful. The room smelled like actual poop, we think it was the carpet. The hotel itself is very weirdly designed, with stairs and elevators that go to half floors and parts of the building that don’t seem to connect. Honestly would not recommend this hotel. "

"A completely utilitarian airport hotel experience. Concrete box w minimal warmth/ambiance. Echoey halls making it too easy to hear neighbours. "

"Staff was so very helpful. We were able to check in early, they were very helpful with directions and suggestions on where to visit and eat. Hotel location was perfect. Very close to bye wanted to do and the train station. "

"We arrived early in the morning and were given the optionfor an early check-in rather than wait for an upgrade. We went for the early check-in and the room met all of our needs. So happy to be able to unpack and chill for a bit. We were close to the train station, shops, and restaurants. "

"Internet on the fifth floor was extremely inconsistent with the primary network only working for about a minute at a time and the alternate one the hotel provided only working if I stood next to the hotel room door. Not great for business travelers. The hotel fortunately moved me to the first floor, and the internet worked fine. "

"Ideal location, comfortable room. Shower was nice, but water gets on the floor in the bathroom (it gets super steamy). Great staff. They have outlet converters you can borrow. There are stairs to enter through the front, no stairs if you go around the corner to the back entrance "
