The villa was absolutely beautiful and spotless, and the pool quickly became the kids’ best friend throughout the holiday. The old town of Rethymno was just a 20-minute drive away. "The property was a basic hotel with a nice view. Unfortunately, power was lost during our stay. The parking lot is 5 parking spaces, and larger cars extend into the street making it unusable. In addition the bathrooms had a smell, even after being cleaned. Likely from the drain in the floor. Very small shower and small room. "

"Booked as wanted a hotel with a pool. The pool and the pool bar were closed unfortunately. The weather had been a bit changeable but the pool looked like it hadn’t been used for a while. Would like to have been informed.. However, the rooms were exceptionally clean. Could do with glasses/cups in the room though"

"Das Hotel ist eigentlich ein Traum. Die Zimmer sehr sauber, dafür alles andere nicht so. Hier dürfte etwas mehr gemacht werden. Leider auch beim Pool. Mit sehr wenig könnte man da etwas wundervolles machen! Die Lage fanden wir super! Einfach nur Ruhe pur! Wir würden da wieder hin."

"Everything was great. One can order coffee or breakfast in the room. The staff is very friendly and the room has everything needed. The location was perfect for us. It’s 15 min walking to the old town and easy to park on the street in front or on the side of the hotel. "

"Summer Dream was the best hotel we could ask for. It was extremely modern, great view, and the town of Rethymno has a wonderful downtown area. If you go, I recommend Achinos, I believe it is spelled. The best food we had in Greece. Summer dream is also located next to many markets including SKYNKA, which is walking distance. I would absolutely recommend staying here. It was the best part of our trip in Crete. "
