"This hotel has for me the most comfortable beds in Prague. It is one of my favorite hotels but I have to say I was very disappointed by the check-in and check-out experience this time around - arrived late at 10:30pm and had to wait 10 minutes for someone to show up at the reception and the same thing happened in the morning when I had to leave for a meeting with my client and nobody was there for my checkout. "Hotel itself is nice and clean but there is lots of street noise and in hot days inside is very hot and aircon or fan isn’t available and with open windows no chance of good sleep. Other than all good"
