"Definitely the go to place in bossier/shreveport, food was great at the two restaurants we ate at, pool was nice and clean, rooms still smell new and furnishings were very nice, casino floor was huge and well kept this place feels closer to hotels in Vegas than Shreveport "

"The girl who checked us in was very friendly and extremely helpful i requested a lower floor and I ask abt the stairwell bc I have a Phobia and she took us and showed us where it is and gave us 3rd floor. We ask abt bands and she was so explanatory abt where the 3 areas are that play music. She was kind and never acted as if it was a bother. Smiling and friendly "
