Close to train station
The room was nice although a refrigerator would have been appreciated. It was clean and comfortable. The common areas are old but maintained. Adds to the character and the breakfast was a very good, European style breakfast. I choose the property for it proximity to the trains station and it was very convenient.

First of all, the reservation I had made through Orbitz did not reach the hotel. Secondly, the bathroom/shower facilities were very difficult to access for older persons, no handles to hold on too, difficult to get the shower started.

Good hotel near the intercity train station.
Rooms are clean and spacious. Breakfast for 14 euro could be better. Restaurants open at 6:30 but nobody was on sight to have a coffee and I had to look for somebody at the bar to make an espresso.

Hotel of choice
This was my hotel of choice while in Kassel for work every week. Excellent service and WiFi connection for video calling family while away. Very helpful staff

Close to train station
Hotel was quite small but perfectly adequate breakfast choice wasn't great but fairly typical of German hotel breakfasts. Close to train station hence why i choose it but consequence of this was train noise especially as the window had to be left open. Curtains didn't completely block out daylight

Great place to stay. Staff was great and very accommodating. Front desk clerk recommended a restaurant for us, she called ahead and they held the place open for us. THE BEST FOOD I HAVE EVER HAD IN GERMANY. Only issue with the hotel is that it is right next to their tram station and they run very early in the morning, so if you are a light sleeper ask for a inside room and away from the window rooms. Other than that great place for the price.

Hotel Kurfurst Wilhelm I
I had an enjoyable stay at the hotel. It is located just outside the train station and tram line so it is very convenient to getting to the downtown area. There are several restaurants in the area as well.

Wir waren beruflich dort und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Lediglich die Geräusche der Straßenbahnen am frühen Morgen waren für einige störend. Es war nicht ganz einfach, die Einfahrt zum Parkhaus zu finden, aber die Rezeption hat uns freundlich telefonisch angeleitet. Der vorab Check-In war unnütze Arbeit. Erst fand man uns nicht im Computer, dann war die angegebene Rechnungsadresse auf der Rechnung nicht berücksichtigt.

Ich habe mit einer Freundin übers Wochenende im Kurfürst Wilhelm I übernachtet und wir waren wirklich sehr zufrieden. Besonders das Personal war unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Am Zimmer gab es nichts auszusetzen (vor allem das Bad war wirklich geräumig), nur die Matratzen waren ein bisschen zu hart für unseren Geschmack. Dennoch würden wir auf jeden Fall wiederkommen, da das Hotel direkt am Bf Wilhelmshöhe einfach super an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel angebunden ist. Für einen Kurztrip nach Kassel sehr zu empfehlen.

Zimmer modern, Haus in die Jahre gekommen
Die Zimmer sind recht modern ausgestattet.Das Gebäude selber hat schon viele Jahre auf dem Buckel. Sauberkeit ist gegeben. Frühstück ab 6.30Uhr möglich. Für die Durchreise geeignet.

Vielen Dank für dein Feedback. Das Gebäude ist von 1904 und hat tatsächlich schon fast 120 Jahre "auf dem Buckel". Wir finden es tatsächlich sehr charmant - auch für mehr als eine Nacht. ;)

Hotel muy antiguo , habitacion muy pequeña y precio muy muy alto! 100 € por este hotel es un verdadero atraco! Por 50 y 60 euros hay cosas mejores! DE VERDAD NO RECOMIENDO A NADIE ESTE HOTEL!!!!!!!

Bon hôtel
Le personnel est très sympa et courtois. Belle chambre. L'hôtel est situé à côté de la gare, on entend les tramways et les bus dans la rue très tôt le matin.
