"Enjoyed the ambience and the décor immensely, especially the implementation of multiple mirrors throughout the hotel. However, there was a miss in the details for the mirrors as they were covered in smudges, even those that were clearly out of reach. Additionally, the A/C in the room constantly made noise, akin to popcorn popping or ice falling in an ice machine. The staff were very courteous and contentious, service was very good in the bar/restaurant. We had been wanting to stay at Hotel Lorenzo for some time, based solely on the outside lights and interior aesthetic. It may have been a bit better when it was still fresh, but it was a little lackluster as it currently stands. "

"My bathroom lighting was really messed up. At three am I had to call maintenance about lights in bathroom going on and off. It was concerning and very disruptive it happen at least three times before calling in middle of night. Maintenance actually removed the switches to cut off to sleep. Nice to have high tech cost effective if works but give me a switch so I can sleep. "
