"Large rooms by Japanese standards - was a triple room but had room for a family of 4. Free coffee in check in area. Free beverages on 3rd floor. Lovely outdoor tub on deck and public/private onsens in 3rd floor. Staff very accommodating and helpful. "

"I spent one day and one night at this gorgeous place for my trip in Hakone, the stuff were friendly and helpful, they explained every details to me patiently and guid me to my room upon arrival, the room was spacious with a private pool at balcony facing the mountain, it was a shame that I didn’t reserve my dinner but the breakfast was delicious as I was served with traditional Japanese food, it’s a wonderful stay and I am looking forward to coming back. "
