On New Year's Eve, there was a stunning fireworks display right outside our window. The customer service was excellent and the staff sent us a fruit platter, chocolates and a cake to celebrate our anniversary! It made our day really special! "As a budget hotel, the price is affordable and the room is clean, only the internet is having a connection issue. Some time work but sometimes fail to connect, overall is good."

"Great for a 1 night stay. Lots of good options closeby for food. Internet was good also. Breakfast is very simple - eggs we super soft runny and served no other way even when we mentioned we could not eat half raw eggs. No coffee available only weak tea. Toast with butter and kaya jam. Bed was comfy and nice hot shower. Cold filter water dispensers to fill bottles was great too."

"Needed a place to sleep. TV wasn't working. The bedsheets weren't clean. Aircon was good. But location wise, this is convenient. A lot of shops nearby. Staff was also pleasant. They dont provide bottled water or a kettle. But they do provide a water dispenser and paper cups at each level. Ask for a higher level. I got a room at level 2 and it was a little noisy outside past midnight."
