"Charming but also feels fancy and very convenient to campus. Friendly and helpful staff, updated room, and good quality breakfast. Everything was perfect. Expect a $30 valet fee unless you know where to park. I am sure it's communicated somewhere but I didn't think to look."

"I only stayed one night, but all of the staff were excellent- consistently helpful and ready to answer any questions. The valet parking was so convenient and easy to pay for via a link sent to my phone- it made it easy and I didn't even have to download or sign up for anything. The facilities looked like they were all in good shape, the room was bigger than I needed. I was disappointed that the bathtub was very small and shallow (considering the room name mentioned the tub, I'd been hoping for a nice soak, but oh well, no big deal). The only thing I was truly disappointed in was that there is no room service available at all. I'd have stopped for food or brought something with me if I had known, but I guess I shouldn't have assumed. The mattress was the least firm mattress I've ever experienced in a hotel, which was a surprise but not a bother for me, though other people might strongly dislike that. There's construction happening on the road in front of the hotel which isn't the hotel's fault, but it did make the valet process slower than it probably normally is, and I could hear the construction noises in the morning, but again, no big deal. Overall, I had an excellent stay. I appreciated the staff, and the location is nice- within walking distance of the music venue I came to Ann Arbor for, as well as plenty of bars/nightlife, and a farmers market/market shops for the AM. If I ever come back to the area, I would very likely stay again!"

"It's a warm and comfortable stay in a great location, right on the U of M campus. Shannon is a wonderful host who took care of all our requests. We stayed in the attic which has a comfortable large bed, excellent heating and lots of electrical sockets for all our devices. Will definately be back again."

"I booked this reservation and it was acknowledged by Expedia and VRBO. When it came time to check in, I was given no information to access the property. The property is also not the property pictured in the listing. Having acknowledged the reservation made through Expedia up until check in time, at check in time, VRBO said I had no reservation. In the meantime, they repeatedly sent me messages that I had a message from the host. But, when I tried to check the messages, the screen said I had no messages from the host to check. BEWARE, the picture shown in the listing is NOT the property."
