"I would say this is one of the best B&B I've ever lived in! It's very peaceful and walking distance to the bay and all the shops. There was a church right next to it and the post office behind the house, we walked over to mail out the postcard. The bed was very comfortable, it was very thoughtful that my room offered an extra bed that my kids both want to stay on. The bagel and pastries from breakfast was very fresh, variety juice options. It would be great if eggs and more fruits are provided....

"Absolutely amazing stay at the Colony! We felt welcomed immediately, and our dog was welcomed with a thoughtful bag of goodies from the hotel. Rooms were super clean and the property was so pretty! Breakfast was great and the blueberry pancakes are fantastic. This is the hotel to book in Kennebunkport!"

"The location is not as advertised. The club house is a pretty long walk from the main house and the ocean. We tried to switch to the main house but even rooms advertised as ocean view had no ocean to be seen. The staff is extremely poorly trained and unhelpful."

"The staff is polite and friendly. Our room was quiet and clean with a lovely view. A market across the street is a delight. Parking for the hotel is in back of where you check in. You can easily pull up to either place and unload then go park the car. The breakfast gives good options. Not a lot of places to sit. Easily would stay here again. "
