Very basic hotel. It’s looking very tired with damaged lifts, stained carpets and barely working air con. It’s well located if you want to get to the centre of Manchester and the rooms are quieter than most central hotels.

The hotel was generally well conditioned with good breakfast variety! My room for some reason wasn’t cleaned the next day despite me getting back quite late from work commitments but I just had to bring this to a staff member’s attention and it was sorted straight away!

"Top quality hotel in a brilliant location, absolutely loved it here. We didn’t find a better bar to have a drink in or a better restaurant to eat in, all perfect… with a wonderful view over the lake too!
