Bridge Cottage - a cottage that sleeps 6 guests in 3 bedrooms

Entry is from the courtyard into the warm and inviting lounge of this stunning cottage. There is tiled luxury underfloor heating throughout the ground floor. Two leather sofas, Smart TV, DAB radio, I-Pod docking station.

Through the archway you enter the dining kitchen which offers a stunning kitchen with Bosch integrated appliances including induction hob, quartz worktops and laundry facilities including washer/dryer.

Upstairs the master bedroom provides bespoke very comfortable kingsize bed, high ceilings, and a modern ensuite shower room.

There is a cosy second bedroom with double bed and a third bedroom with two single beds. Each bedroom has TV, stylish furniture, luxury linens and quality furnishing.

The owners provide complimentary WI-FI, Cole & Lewis hand soaps, and some towels.

There are two allocated car parking spaces on the private Bridge Complex car park for guest convenience.

Nice break at Bridge cottage

We stayed at Bridge cottage from Monday to Friday with my 86 and 85 year old parents and sister in law. This is the 3rd time staying at one the Bridge cottage accommodations, but first time at the Cottage, we usually stay in one of the appointments. The cottage was really comfortable with everything you need for a wonderful stay, beds were comfortable, showers were great, plenty of room in living room and close to amenities. We would definitely stay here again, hopefully beginning of next year.

Another wonderful stay at Bridge cottage

Bridge cottage is a beautiful property. The location is perfect for Keswick and the bus station to travel further afield. The two parking spaces are a real bonus and the garden area is beautiful for relaxing after walking on the hillsides and mountains. My only non-complaint is that the weather was absolutely beautiful and therefore there was no need to light the wood burner, which is one of the many reasons for choosing this property. Everything you need is provided in bridge cottage, you just need to turn up with your suitcases.

Lovely cottage in a great location

The property is central to the town and just minutes from cafes and restaurants. This, with generous parking spaces, makes it a rare find. We had 4 adults with two large vehicles with no problems. The cottage is clean and well presented, making the most of the space they have. The furniture is comfortable and in good condition. All in all, a lovely cottage in a fantastic town. Keswick Cottages offer great service, always responding quickly to queries.

Perfect location

Excellent Cottage

This cottage is in an excellent location with private parking, just 2 minutes from town centre and Booths supermarket. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need. The furnishings are lovely in all the rooms. We have stayed here twice and already booked for next year.

A perfect cottage

This was my second visit to bridge cottage and I will be back again next year. It is a beautiful space with everything you need to be a home from home. Quality furnishings and plentiful appliances/equipment. The location is great, close to the buses and the main shopping area. I highly recommend it.

Excellent cottage

2nd time we've stayed here as we loved it so much the first time. The cottage is superb and is very well equipped with everything you need. An additional bonus is the massive secure garden which many properties lack in Keswick. So it's ideal for visitors with large dogs. Conveniently close to 2 supermarkets. Already arranging to book for 2025.

Good location just minutes from the Co-Op and Booths. Just a little further to the other shops. Easy access to walks in and around town. Good parking. Quick and friendly communications with all questions. Kitchen has all that is needed, the lounge is spacious and comfortable. Bed good and great showers.

Pro & Cons

Probably the best apartment within the complex that we have resided in. The fridge is a godsend compared to one in other apartments. The TV is very good, and all TVs should be upgraded to pro standard - it doesn't cost much these days. Great to have a folder of instruction manuals, which should be de rigueur in all apartments (think of the age of your clients). Keep it simple. The only disappointing part of the Cottage was the downstairs underfloor heating, which was impossible to control within a short space of time. I know there is a wood-burning stove, but some people find them unsafe. Maybe an extra heater of some ilk to get instant gratification in the warmth department. The washer/dryer needs some maintenance as it doesn't dry. (It looks and feels as if it is, but alas flatters to deceive. You might think, this is a lot of complaints, but most are simply fixed, and I, for one, would welcome mails like this to maintain a high standard of accommodation. Otherwise, enjoyed it immensely and will be back. Regards to Lucy for helping out with the Tassimo coffee machine.

Stunning weekend in Keswick

The location was ideal, great parking spaces and right in the heart of Keswick yet quiet enough too. Very clean and beautifully furnished. Very safe for the dog and lovely area for kids to play. The minus points were very minimal household supplies, no loo rolls, 1 dishwasher tablet, and the instruction manual took some finding in one of the many drawers. Also all of the add ons for towels, kindling etc were off putting. It wouldn’t deter me going back I’d just make sure I packed more household supplies. Overall very good.

Great place to stay

Stayed at Bridge a few times as it’s a very comfortable house with home from home facilities for cooking. Pleasant outdoor sitting area if you’re lucky enough to have good weather too. Would highly recommend. .
