Maiden Moor - an apartment that sleeps 4 guests in 2 bedrooms

Maiden Moor is a real ‘home from home' with full central heating, double-glazing, and two allocated car parking spaces adjacent to the entrance, ideal for those travelling separately.

The modern kitchen is fully fitted and very well equipped with everything you would need for a perfect self-catering holiday; integrated gas hob, electric oven, fridge with ice box, microwave, dishwasher, radio and breakfast table. The washer/dryer can be found in the cupboard off the hall.

The lounge is spacious, light and comfortable with a two seater electric reclining settee and two chairs, along with an extendable dining table & 4 chairs, large smart TV, DVD player, LED Living flame wall fire, along with fell views to enjoy!

There are 2 very comfortable bedrooms; the first with a king size bed and quality tempur mattress offering the highest comfort, plenty of storage space with two large wardrobes , and two bedside tables. There is an ensuite off this room with shower,WC and wash hand basin.

Across the hall you will find the second bedroom with a double bed, bedside table and fitted wardrobes.Both bedrooms are dressed with luxury linen and towels.

The fully tiled shower room comprises a walk-in shower, WC and hand basin. Cole and Lewis bathroom toiletries are offered in the shower rooms.

Free unlimited WI-FI throughout.

The apartment is conveniently situated a stones throw from Booth's supermarket (which has an electric car charging point) and the E-Venture shop for easy bike hire.

Wonderful little flat

Our 4th stay at Maiden Moor, still as fantastic as ever. The location of the property is excellent, and the cleanliness, comfortable beds and reclining chairs wonderful. An added bonus would be a small coffee machine in the kitchen, but that's a minor want!

We loved the luxury of a tempur mattress and reclining armchairs. We have never been so comfortable in a holiday property, Also loved the location so near to Booths but with no through traffic. A great week

Maiden Moor is our favourite Keswick Cottages property! We've stayed here a few times already and hope to be back again before too long. It's close to the shops, bus station and the Lake so it's easy to avoid using the car. And the cottage is very comfortable and well equipped. The weather obliged for us too, so pretty much a perfect week.

Great location, perfect for town and the countryside. The flat is well equipped and has everything you could need on your holiday the beds are very comfortable. The parking is a great bonus. This was our first visit to Maiden Moor but it will not be be our last.

Lovely apartment everything you would need. Extremely well equipped kitchen with lovely appliances. Spotless well done housekeeping only downside shower was hard to regulate either too hot or cold but didn't detract from holiday would recommend

Cosy apartment close to the shops.

A lovely cosy apartment. It is very close to the shops and not too far from the lake. The beds and pillows were really comfortable and the apartment had a lot of little extras, a discount for the Theatre by the Lake which we used. I liked the key safe too as I did not have to fight with it to put the key back in at the end of our stay. Would stay here again.

Excellent holiday accommodation

We had a very enjoyable stay at Maiden Moor despite some very wet weather. The quality of furniture, fittings and accessories was very good. The location is excellent and having off street parking is a great asset. We had an issue with keys which Keswick Cottages sorted out quickly so I was pleased with their service. I would use Keswick Cottages again and would stay at Maiden Moor again.

Excellent self catering property . Our number one place to stay .

Our second stay at Maiden Moor . Also booked for December this year . Beautiful , clean and everything you need . Near to all amenities but still quiet and peaceful . No problems booking through Keswick cottages , very reassuring . Been visiting Keswick for 20 years and this is the best place we have stayed . Comfortable beds and 2 parking spaces . Perfect .

Perfect location in Keswick

What a gem of a cottage! Fantastic location in the heart of Keswick with two (yes two!!) allocated parking spaces, a real bonus as we were two couples travelling from opposite ends of the country. We had a great stay two-night stay at Maiden Moor, with everything you could need on hand, though I would add that I think its cheeky to charge separately for towels in a holiday cottage when really they should be provided as standard (we actually took our own as travelling by car after feeling gruff at the additional fee! ;) ) and then low and behold there were towels laid out for us, so a bit of confusion there! Cottage was warm, comfortable and cosy, a great place to head back to after a November Cumbrian day, plentiful hot water. The only thing I would say is perhaps the saucepans/oven trays need to be looked at and replaced - saucepan surfaces worn rather badly and trays could do with a deep clean/good scrub! Would happily stay at Maiden Moor again in the future and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to others :)

Perfect location, perfect apartment

We stayed days at Maiden Moor in Keswick. It’s located 2 blocks from town shops and restaurants and just down the street from Booth’s, a large, well stocked grocery shop. The apartment is newly renovated and has every convenience. 2 nice bedrooms and 2 full baths with showers. It’s on a quiet street, but close to activity. We had absolutely no issues. Keswick is the ideal place to base your Lake District holiday. Large enough to have many choices, but not crawling with tourists like Windermere and Ambleside. We feel very lucky to have found Maiden Moor and would definitely stay again!

Another Enjoyable Break At Maiden Moor

This is the 2nd time I've stayed at Maiden Moor and it won't be the last. It really is a lovely apartment in a quiet, yet convenient position close to the centre of Keswick and a lovely touch was that the apartment was decorated for Christmas. We were able to get out on walks every day without the need to use the car which stayed parked at the apartment all week.
