Well equipped cottage, very comfortable with great views. Good location with Keswick a short drive away and plenty of walking routes from the doorstep. Will come again if it's available.

A great location whinlatter forest is literally on the doorstep and with great views over to skiddaw from the garden. Very peaceful. Good base for walking/cycling/mountain biking.

Extremely pleased with the accommodation and location. Slight issue with access to the property and difficult parking but I suppose that’s the price you pay for a stunning location

We had a great week at the cottage. The beds a a bit too hard for us but that didn't take from a super time. The cottage is very nicely layed out and cosy. Super location.

lovely cottage would maybe recommend another photo of the outside when it is summer as it looks very different. Liked the upside down living, lovely views from the property, a nice walk from there as well to barf & lords seat. Close to Keswick for food. Would stay here again.

This was our 3rd visit, absolutely love the location and set up of the cottage (having read a previous review that the stairs are steep, I agree they may not be for everyone!) so peaceful and wonderful views. Only slight negative the fridge really needs replacing, it does not keep food cold enough or ruins anything that touches the back.
