Thanks for your thoughts. Unfortunately, I don’t understand what you mean. Rebecca S. Was a very different renter than what we are use to. From the start- 1. She never responded to several communication attempts to confirm she has entry documents I sent her. I wasn’t until she was 30 minutes away in her car that she wanted to know how to get into home 2. We have a 1- animal pet policy and 45lbs max. Rebecca had 2- dogs and 1-80lbs 3. Cleaning person said she left a mess. Dog hair. 4. I looked at charges on site and there is no additional charges. I did not charge for extra cleaning.

Thanks for your feedback- Sorry about not having view of the water from within the unit. However, we do not advertise water view in our AD. Just by walking 20 step form your door you will be on the dock of the canal. Information sheets given direct you to let us know during your 1st day if anything has been missed by the cleaning person. We would have corrected had we known.

Thanks again for your feedback- sometimes shade is hard to come by in the Keys. We did have some nice large palms in the back but the last hurricane took them down.

thanks for your feedback. I am glad that you were able to relax during your stay. sorry about the dead bug( better dead than alive). PLEASE keep in mind the Florida Keys is sub- tropical you will find insects. We have a monthly spraying service that sprays inside and outside. If you do talk to a bug man in the Florida Keys they will mention that bugs come in from other areas of the state and country. Even from delivery boxes. I am glad all other things went well.

Thanks for the review- I am sorry to see a 3- star rating due to the corona virus which was out of our control. No one could prepare for the pandemic and the restrictions for you to leave 4- day early from your 3- week stay at our home. No where on our website do we advertise the unit has a washer and dryer.
