"This is s beautiful property with an excellent location. My only complaint is that we requested a ground floor room 8 months before arrival due to my wife not able to climb stairs. I sent a second reminder two weeks before arrival. The room we were given was on the second floor up steep stairs with no lighting. I was told by staff that a request us not a guarantee and the hotel was full. A ground floor room did become available the next morning but it was so small it lacked a closet or dresser and the bathroom required you to sit sideways on the toilet. We won’t be returning."
