Beachside Resort & Residences

10/10 Excellent

"Everything about our 1 bedroom direct beach access ocean view suite was spectacular except for the jacuzzi tub in the room. The water wasn’t even like warm and not all the jets worked. Considering the shower water was hot I didn’t understand this. Bed was very comfortable and so were the couches. Refrigerator was great to have as well as the microwave and toaster. They have all kitchen supplies in this suite if you wanted to cook for yourself. We just made bagels a couple of mornings. We kind of took care of our own garbage and cleaning of utensils, cups and plates. There is a washer dryer which we used to wash some clothes at the end of the stay. We also used the dishwasher. If you want more towels or extra coffee or something of that nature you need to call the front desk and go get it or they can bring it to you but it might take a while. Suite 117A is the room we had and it is the perfect location. You have the pier in front of your room and you’re about 20 steps from the pool and chicken walk bar. You walk down your steps from the balcony and you’re on the beach. You can go fishing off the pier or get a float and float on the gulf water. Tavern n town was a great place for breakfast as well as dinner. Everything we had was great. Staff was great and helpful. We never did use the shuttle because we just got Ubers everywhere. I would suggest taking a sunset cruise and renting a golf cart to get around downtown, if you don’t have a car."

"We loved the late 70's - 80's music with a few newer songs thrown in there!! The Blue Flamingo could be whatever you wanted it to be! Pools, any game you could think of, inside and out! Easy to travel around by bus, trolly, Uber. Made a point to hit Hermits Key Lime Pie, The Butterfly house, Sloppy Joes of course, and Hemingway's! Just a wonderful place to experience and have plans to go back! Minutes from the airport! Lovely over all! June 7- 11, 2026"

"We had a wonderful 4-night stay. Location was excellent for us, as we did not want to be in the hustle of Duval at night. It was so quiet and airplanes didn’t bother or wake us. Condo had everything we needed, was spacious, and well-maintained. We never had trouble finding chairs at the pool. 15-20 min Uber ride if we didn’t feel like driving to Old Town. The Trolley Tour also has a stop at the hotel next door. If we ever return, this is where we would stay."

"I have no complaints about the room and or housekeeping. The only thing I can say that needs improvement is some of the upkeep on the exterior of the buildings and the elevator was extremely hot inside. It was like riding in a sauna every time. Otherwise, the stay was very nice."
