"The place was clean. Great breakfast. Great pool. And we had a great room. However, it is a bit of a walk to all of the Duval street activities. But very convienent to the southern most point and Bahama village."

"Before we arrived, we called to verify our reservations. Morgan at the reception office was very helpful and friendly. Our room was small, but it was fine for the two of us. We were barely there anyway. The room was clean and every member of the staff was so nice. The breakfast was adequate and the wine and cheese happy hour was a nice touch. For being only a half block away from Duval Street, we never heard any noise or activity. It was a quaint little spot that worked for us."

"The rooms were simple but cute in that vintage sort of way. Breakfast isn’t really helpful unless you just want breads and yogurt. Room seemed cleaned but definitely saw black hairs on the towels that didn’t belong to us. No ceiling fan in the bedroom so it does get stuffy. Very cold mini fridge in the room. Mattresses are not comfortable and the edges of them sink a lot. Parking is close to the rooms which is nice. Very convenient walking to local restaurants and historical spots. Overall not a bad stay but not sure we’d choose it again if there were other options."

"The staff was friendly, helpful, overall just so welcoming and kind and respectful. The continental breakfast was very nice, more than expected, and happy hour was very nice. Property was tucked away like you were in your own oasis. Rooms very perfect as were the outside surroundings. Would definitely come back. Great quiet location close to it all."

"With being right on Duvall Street it is very loud! The bathrooms are old and very tiny, but the room and bathrooms were very clean. They have a small continental breakfast, which was nice with wanting to get out of town early the morning we left."
