"The room was clean and beautiful, overlooking the white mountains. I guess I didn't read the fine print because we were expecting some dining option. Sylvesters for dinner and the Market for breakfast were not far away. The coffee/beverage bar in the lounge is extraordinary. Would've appreciated some cleaning attention to the windows and screens so we could've taken full advantage of the view. I know that upkeep of the place must be all-comsuming. The host was quite welcoming and attentive. We would definitely go back. The building and furnishings are fascinating. "

"Very casual about check in they live next to the main Office and have kids so may be next door. Just key the radio on counter. We got there early and were given a good fishing place to try out before we came back. The last day we got directions to a local lake that is a short walk down a logging road. Like having a whole valley with a lake in the middle to yourself. We didn’t see a soul the whole time and it’s a good size lake. The description about out being off grid is dead on, 12 bolt lights and grill are provided . Tree house was neat and clean and in very good condition. Like a nice rustic cabin up in a tree. Grounds have some exploring to do if need be, a tower and vista view a short hike up the hill behind you. Great spot and very nice folks run it. "
