The master suite is located on the first floor with His & Her bathrooms, spacious dressing room and wall-to-wall windows and glass door access to private sunning deck overlooking the pool across to the pond, golf course and Ocean! Four generous sized guest rooms and bathrooms, plus second laundry are located on the second level with an open sitting area overlooking the living room. A private guest suite and cedar closet is located on the third floor with stunning vistas. Plenty of room for large gatherings of family and friends. Multiple decks for alfresco dining/sunbathing and patio with inground pool for added outdoor enjoyment.

The multi-level deck is ideal for entertaining. There is a gas grill and numerous lounge chairs for relaxing poolside. The private pool is approximately 20ft x 30ft. Pool does not have the ability to be heated.

Guests do not have access to the fireplace, garage, or elevator.

No smoking and no pets allowed.

When you stay with ESPM for 3-21 nights you will receive a valuable credit of $300 to use toward beach gear, bikes, etc. Credit may not be available for last minute bookings, 48 hours notice is required.

As our guest, you will have access to 5 Championship Golf Courses – including The Ocean Course – the location of the 2012 PGA Championship; The Kiawah Island Resort Tennis Center - #1 ranked by Tennis Resorts Online; Free Wireless Internet Access;. Local Property Management staff is on hand in case of emergencies and their friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff can assist you with any needs throughout your stay. No smoking and no pets allowed. No access to resort pools or fitness center.

Upon booking you will be sent a rental agreement to review and complete online. Your booking is not confirmed until this document has been submitted.
