"Our family has been coming to Kiawah for 30 years so we’ve stayed in many houses. Even though this is one of the oldest homes, it’s very clean and well maintained. We loved the vintage charm and appreciate the history of the house. If you’re looking for close access to the beach, you can’t go wrong. It has its own private boardwalk right behind the house. A few other bonuses include newer appliances, a walk-in shower and plenty of parking space. The owner was very helpful and easy to communicate with."

"We booked a last minute weekend getaway to the beach! This was a great villa at Kiawah Island. We really enjoyed the villa and the short walk to the beach! We also enjoyed the scenic view from the villa. We had a Great Blue Heron that stayed by the pond right out side the back of the villa. The furnishing and well-stocked kitchen were great! It was a short trip, but fun and enjoyable! We look forward to booking this villa again and hopefully planning on staying longer next time, but if not, we will return for another long weekend getaway!"

"Six of us stayed for a week (4 adults, two kids) and had a great time. Location was perfect near everything and place was as advertised. Nice touch was bathroom/shower in every bedroom… and a small lift for luggage to 3rd floor. Pool was nice and right next door and fairly secluded. Would recommend and stay again. "

"Close to the beach…clean…perfect for 2 people. We have been coming to Kiawah for 40 years. I would recommend a larger mirror somewhere in the villa. A very small one is in the bathroom. For the price, this villa was all we needed for a short vacation at the beautiful island of Kiawah."

"My wife and I spent a week on the beautiful island of Kiawah. The condo was great for just the two of us, kitchen allowed for us to cook and prepare our own meals while we were there. Condo was comfortable and well located next to the beach."
