"The villa was very run down, the refrigerator water dispenser didnt work, the screened in porch was dirty and full of bugs so we couldn't use it and the furniture was very tired and worn. The beds were very comfortable and clean and the bathrooms were clean. We didn't use the kitchen appliances other than the refrigerator so I dont know if they were working properly."

"Hotel peaked years ago. Staff is very arrogant - had reserved a king bed months and months ago and they didnt have any . Constant weddings and such loud music from the weddings late into the night. Food overpriced. Not worth the high price tag . Do airbnb or Verbo. This is a pass"

"We had an excellent week at Sea La Vie! The place was very clean and well equipped. The location was fantastic with just a short walk to the beach! They also are not joking about gators living in the ponds. I enjoyed watching a large gator in the back pond as I drank my morning coffee! We would absolutely stay here again."

"We had a nice stay in Tom’s beautiful villa. The property was exactly as described and well-appointed. I love all the vintage and antique decor. Tom responded immediately to my messages. We didn’t get there until almost midnight, and Tom waited for my response letting him know we were in. It was a short walk to the beautiful beach. We enjoyed going to Beachwalk and watching the dolphins strand feed. That was really interesting. Thank you Tom & Kathy for sharing your beautiful home!"
