"The hotel is just awesome. The member of staff during check-in was great and but then the only interaction with staff we had during breakfast. And they were truly fantastic. The majority appear to be uni students as they all seem that age. Every single one of them was very helpful, professional but super friendly. The food was gorgeous, prepared quickly and served beautifully. The bar was great and all sitting areas were beautifully decorated. The bedroom was spacious and super clean with the bathroom having a benefit of a large bath and underfloor heating. The only issue for me was the bed. Two single mattresses put together to make a large king size bed is never a comfortable solution and this one was not either. I struggled both nights and I must say I didn't have the best sleep unfortunately. Everything else was superb so thank you."

"Very friendly and helpful staff. They were so accommodating for whatever we asked for. Nice clean room, and a lovely comfy bed. Local to Kidderminster town centre, and also to Bewdley centre. an Ideal location for West Mids safari park too. All are within a 10 minute drive from hotel. I Would definitely stay there again if I’m ever in that area. "

"House was lovely , everything we needed was there Situated on a quiet street , parking is very restricted so we used the train station car park which is literally a 5 minute walk Would definitely stay again "

"Great house, with everything you could need each bedroom has en suite. Kitchen is very well equipped, we had private chef to cook meal for us and although kitchen was small he managed a 3 course meal for 10 of us!Great little pub 5 mins walk away.Our only problem was no hot water and heating this morning, but someone came to sort for us.Would definitely recommend."
