"Great experience. Loved the floor plan of the residence. Location was perfect for us…. everything we liked to do and eat was nearby. The property had the added bonus of a fishing deck into the canal behind the house. Hubby was VERY happy! Hosts were very response to any and all questions. Highly recommend."

"We enjoyed Saltwater Serenity very much! Beautiful inside, great setup, very comfortable furniture, master bed (we only used the Master bedroom) and tv's to enjoy! The location was wonderful, very close to many restaurants, live music, and shopping. Just a short drive south to Punta Gorda, or north to North Port or Englewood. We fell in love with the Port Charlotte area and loved hanging out at the pool during the day! The quiet neighborhood across the street was great to walk our dog during the mornings, And last April was a great communicator! We hope to stay here again some day! Highly recommend"

"We had to buy a coffee maker when we got there ( none on site ). There was only 1 television ( that was in the living room) the only light in the living room was an artificial tree with a small string of white Christmas lights. We had to move a lamp from the master bedroom into the living room. The master bathroom shower water was lukewarm. And the master bathroom was under some sort of construction. There were no butter knives in the kitchen utensil drawer. There was a stack of wood trim behind the sofa. I felt the house needed a little more work before it was available for rent"

"Very much enjoyed it beautiful area,safe,comfortable and quiet only concern is no hot water in kitchen or master bathroom,also master bedroom carpet needs desperately cleaned,the master bedroom mattress very uncomfortable a large dip in middle tried turning end to end and it did not help, it’s a beautiful home would love to visit again "
