Love having a kitchenette to make coffee- Nespresso!-eat breakfast, keep milk, etc.
Love having a place to hang out, other than sitting on a bed to read, watch tv etc.
Staff are absolutely lovely and so helpful.

The customer service at the reception and the receptionists themselves were terrible; there was no greeting for the guests and no welcoming information. The amenities were also not great—there were too few towels and no daily housekeeping.
