The room was spotless and inviting. The bed was very comfortable. I honestly could find no fault. We had lunch in the Grand restaurant and the French onion soup is to die for.
I am disabled and travel with a mobility scooter. There was a young man, I believe his name is Oliver. He was such a delight and very helpful. He helped us with getting an uber and event assisted us on our walk to the car. He smiled and was just lovely. Also, I cannot remember her name, but there was a lovely Irish lass who walked with me to the elevator and outside to get my train. Just an absolutely delightful stay. Really enjoyed the Regency experience also.

2 nights at this beautiful located hotel. Our room was very clean, comfortable, warm and quiet. Lovely to sip a coffee and look out of the window at the loch and snow topped mountains.
