"We loved the spa amenities connected to this hotel. We made use of the hot tub, the sauna, and the steam room. The hotel had beautiful views and the meals we ate at both the bar and the restaurant were fantastic. The room we had did not have air conditioning but we were there in the fall so it was not required, however, if I was coming in the summer I would definitely want to make sure I had a room with AC. We would definitely stay here again."

"It was a fine stay. The room was very dated, but the bed was comfortable enough. Breakfast was good with gluten free options from the kitchen. The fact that such a big property doesn’t have a gym is kind of mind-blowing, and unfortunately the town seemed completely dead even on a Saturday evening. The public areas have all been updated and are really nice which I’m sure looks nice for social media, but I would have preferred that they started the renovations with the rooms. The staff was lovely and helped with my luggage because the lift was also broken."

"We had an absolutely wonderful one-night stay at Armada House! The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. The decor was absolutely fantastic, with so much character and thoughtful design throughout the property. We also had dinner at Aileen’s Restaurant at the nearby Armada Hotel, and the food was amazing! It was the perfect way to end our evening on the west coast of Ireland. Even though we only stayed for one night, Armada House was a highlight of our trip. We wish we could have stayed longer and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting County Clare. We would absolutely love to return!"
