This was a great place to stay - very clean and lots of amenities (pools!) Loved our room, very spacious. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The concierge was a great added benefit. The only downside was that the breakfast foods were not very hot. But would definitely stay here again.

My room was clean but the door to the balcony had a hole at the bottom on it that looked like something chewed on it and the bathroom door had the same hole.
