The hotel is very basic , no bar , no restaurant (only pizzas) the gym has minimal equipment for the size of the room instead they have chairs with books to sit on. Room was excellent and beds were very comfortable . All staff were helpful and welcoming . Breakfast also was excellent . An excellent location to stay for a visit to Harry Potter studios as well as shopping in Watford which was excellent .
